Hello, how are you? I need someone to help me, be it support or a person who can explain to me what's going on. I got an account banned a week or two ago, which I don't know why. Then I used another one that I have just in case something happens to the main one and it ended up banned when I didn't even play a game, 2 days ago I created another one, because I love the game and I really want to play and today it got banned too. I don't know what's going on and support doesn't tell me anything and doesn't notify me of anything. Please I ask for help, all I want is to play valorant.

Ahh, but the problem is that I don't even know why I was banned, Valorant doesn't tell me anything and it doesn't show the time either.
a ban message would be helpful here

The worst thing is that yesterday I entered the game, and I was able to play 2 games, after those games I left, because I had to sleep and today when I want to enter I am banned.

That's the weird thing, I don't use anything, I play when I have time and I end up banned out of nowhere.
I love the game, but this happening to me makes me feel so sorry.
I just got flagged as resolved in Valorant support but they didn't tell me anything again
that means that your ban appeal has been denied
The thing is, I don't really care if they approve it or deny it, I just want to know the number of days, the reason, etc.
the first regular HWID ban is 4 months
a HWID ban for skin changers is 2 weeks
a second HWID ban is perma each
you will not get to know the reason why you have been banned (apart from "3rd party software" for example)
