Can't log-in
Every time I try to log in on my computer, the browser would load for a while and then end up not loading the page, saying that the Connection timed out. I tried getting the authorization code from a different device, and it keeps giving me an error...

I've seen a lot of issues related to connectivity and IPV6, all showing up in different ways but it would explain why it works in your phone, if you can connect using your PC through your phone's connection I think it will work

Set your phone to act as a WiFi Hotspot (should be somewhere in the settings), connect to that hotspot with your PC, then try to login again on the PC

DNS is changed in your network manager on your PC
VPN would also work as a browser extension or system app
