Desktop Audio/Spotify/Valorant Microphone/Audio bug

okay this is starting to get absurd. there's this braindead bug where when i have spotify on, sometimes the game will completely break and just play my spotify LOUDER through other people's microphones in game. it's exactly what it sounds like. zero record online of the bug i could find. what the hell do i do. reinstalling spotify fixed it temporarily but did nothing in the end
