Are you sure you didn't get it? Did you have a full inventory, or were you moving fast and it fell out, but it didn't get into the inventory?

i am very sure, i have pretty much every drop from there that isnt it set to auto trash
which would be fine but ive never seen it even dropped before
so its not even like a thing im not pickking up
