The app does not open
What can I do if the app closes instantly every time I open it? It won't let me access it, and previously it could, what can I do?

3. This is my first time, I bought the app on February 10th this year.
I just re-installed it and it still won't let me open the app...
Is it a bug? Or maybe it's my cell phone?
This is what appears before it closes, and it appears for less than 1 second. And on my screen at the bottom I just get a notification that says "App reset" every time
i have no clue why this is happening tbh
the only other reason would be if you didnt get the app from the play store
Hmm... But no, that's not it. I even still have the email notification of my purchase from Google Playstore
Should I report this as a bug on the respective channel?
Could it be related to your phone os? Like the update it’s on
Yeah nvm, I just checked on what I could install it on and according to google play I can install it on my old s6 edge
this is 100% a phone issue
because for everyone else it works fine
try to find out why it doesnt run on ur phone

It's a Motorola power lite 8
The funny thing is that it did run before the update... That's why it seems even stranger to me that suddenly it doesn't anymore.

Hi, yes, It still doesn't want to open... Look, it's not that I don't want to be here chatting just to get up to level 5 and do the report myself, but I've been really busy lately.
