Weather rendering error
I've noticed in a modpack im making with a friendgroup, we're having issues with the way how weather renders and particles as a whole. They render ontop of everything and stick on the screen. In addition to moving VERY weirdly when the player moves, sometimes it takes up half of the screen, other times it doesn't and just randomly flickers across the screen.
The only mod we've noticed that changes this behaviour is ArsNouveau - Changing shader packs does not affect the behavior either
