A month ago i got this lock on my account. i was playing valorant on the same day (January 27th) at midnight fast forward 5 hrs later when i tried to log back on i've gotten this screen. a few days before it i did get a vanguard message about my windows being updated. i did update it and enabled safe boot :note that was the day before i got banned January 26th. i tried contacting the support with no help and i seriously don't know what to do i also got an automated hardware ban. i really would like it if there were anyone to clarify what i did wrong for me to get this ban

Maybe try replying to the open ticket & asking for help?

I would say submitting a ticket would be the only way unless you get a lucky day & a Valorant developer comes along
id pray for that day cause im not trynna lose 1k euros for good😭
