These vintage penny loafers for casual use

I’m new in the world of penny loafers but I’m really digging these. They’re going for 60$ on Vinted so I’m thinking of grabbing them. I have the idea of wearing these when dressing up but also casually like throw a white t-shirt on and tuck it in some black slacks. Are these too posh for casual wear?
