Sync Error (PLEASE HELP)

So I installed Heroic on my mac, where I play rocket league. Only issue is that whenever I log out/exit the game some of my items are rearchieved. Not sure why it keeps doing that but it does. Secondly, I bought some credits but it isn't updating on the game whenever I launch the game. Not sure where the credits went...
