you can either downgrade to 2.15, wait for the next release or manually create these folders and the
installed_games file with [] as the content /Users/maximfedorov/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default/Rocket League/installed_gamesGitHub

Thank you for the help downloading and running the game with the 2.15 heroic version worked.
