Black sky glitch

ive been getting this error for the past year and i dont know how to solve it, it appears with all shaders that are high end and with low end shaders the clouds just disappear instead, i got no idea what causes it, ive played other versions of minecraft, without any mods etc and it just wont go away. i remember that there is a shader where in its settings i disabled something related to pbr and the sky would stop being black, as you can see the borders of things are pixelated and appear to show what the actual sky is behind them. please help me fix this
