I'm currently in a complex situation, my email address and CloudFlare account have been stolen, and I have dns that have been modified. What solution do I currently have?

You can change it all at your domain name provider like Namecheap

Switch for example Custom DNS back to the Default Nameservers

Let's say

Id.cloudflare back to id.namecheap

The cloudflare will be unusable
