I don't think you can run games in chrome os, all the threads using a chromebook I've seen end up unresolved

yea, I'm a little unclear on that too, thought it was worth an ask. My GPU seems like it's able to be identified in the logs, where as some of the other people seem like their systems couldn't identify GPU, so wondering if it's hardware specific

Some Chromebooks do expose a GPU interface in the Debian container you're running Heroic (and in turn your games) in, but it seems this one doesn't (note the empty "GPUs" list in the system info)

Yes, x86 ones. But caveat is they only do that for Steam.
