All watches with wear os can use this app. It's preferable if you use samsung. I think Sizon releases optimised updates that are compatible with samsung watches.

If you have the budget then prefer buying watch 6 classic
If not then watch 4 classic
Most likey it will come with UI 5. Don't update it. It's gonna demolish the performance
(some people dont really understand when you say "UI", if you mean the Wear OS version)
