DolphinBar Wiimote Cursor only working in Desktop Mode

I recently purchased the MayFlash dolphin bar. It's been great. However, I cannot for the life get the Keyboard/Mouse mode to work in Game mode. It works great and seemlessly in Desktop mode though.

Has anyone encountered something similar?
