make sure you run in umu
check and uncheck a relevant setting in game settings

i managed to get into the game
just enabled umu

also disable offline mode in case that's messing with it

I tested with umu enabled and disabled it still crashes

I reinstalled it and checked that umu wasn't disabled and it still crashes
