My account has been frozen for two months without reason and I can't talk to PUBG support from the game. There is a problem with complaints. How i can fix it ?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
