How to install wine-staging systemwide/ running VSTs on mic systemwide

hey,

I'm trying to get my vst plugins working for mic so they also work in all the applications and not just DAW and I found out about yabridge, but it requires the wine-staging to be installed and executable system wide and I can't seem to make it work
