Overall pushing off and incompetence
So many players have report the "Black-cat-red-eye" ban as false and have proven that the ban was because of a faulty anti-cheat and the mods and staff have continued to repeatedly deny appeals, Remove or lock support posts and etc, I had an account for a good 2 and a half years on combat warriors, Had everything and was approaching max level on an 8 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT, got my appeal rejected and told I was in exploit servers (I wasn't) so I took the lengths of making a moderator report post and asked to even do a PC check and said I didn't even wanna get the moderator in trouble, Just wanted my account back... 3 days later moderator report just GONE completely no reasons, No dms or signs of change, Maybe a second look at my ban reason just nothing. I don't side with any exploiters and multiple times in this server have called out the players who blatantly lied on their bs but the fact that I haven't gotten a reply, Have reported players, Play on console and for a good 2 and a half years never have gotten banned it really says something about how far the staff and mods care when it comes to players losing everything to a stupid bug but hey it doesn't matter because they're just a few players? Just because it's not a huge impact you don't wanna fix it or unban anyone? I don't get it, You make a game and get a moderation team together but can't get your shit in check, I'll ask again to look into what your player base is saying and actually look into your ban appeals this is ridiculous
