If your ban reason is “black-cat-red-eye/42” (anti-cheat), then it is unfortunate to say that you will not be unbanned.
If your ban reason says “exploit” (banned by actual in game moderators), you are banned for exploiting which you may or may not have the chance of getting your ban appealed.
This said that both of these bans reasons are more likely to keep your account banned for the rest of eternity if it is set to permanent.

I think it’s enough proof, kinda. I think if you show the moment where you got banned by the anti-cheat (if it was triggered by an killstreak air drop you may or may not have collected) then it would be enough to get you unbanned.
