perm suspension
Hi, I was permanently suspended for using a third party system ? Before I continue, yes, I have went on the Riot website to make a ticket, actually not just one but probably about 2-3 tickets, however they keep closing it even though they haven’t done anything. Ive only recieved messages from the bot. Anyways, I was trying to log in when I got a message that I was permanently suspended for using a third party system when I never even installed or used any third party programs. I believe it was my cousin who was using it since I always let my cousin use my account for my skins whenever I’m not using my account. He was staying at my place for a few days so he was using my computer whenever he wanted to play, so aside from the perm suspension, I also got a hardware ban because of this. I’ve spent a lot of money on skins on my account so I’m really hoping someone can help me get my account back and also remove the hardware ban. You guys can check my career, check my KDA and see that I barely get any kills whenever I play. Whoever is free to help me out, I’d really appreciate it, thank you.
