Do not receive confirmation mail

Hello support team, I have the problem, that currently I'm not able to use or change services in my account. Cloudflare wants to check the account and is sending a mail for confirmation to my address. The problem is, that I don't get this mail. Yes I have checked SPAM and other folders already. Is it possible that the mail address is on a suppression list? What can I do to get it removed from such a list? šŸ™ Thanks so much for your ideas and help.

Hi there! - Ensure that your inbox is not full and has space to receive new emails. - Add [email protected] to your email contact list or safe senders list. - Try resending the verification email. If the issue persists, it might be required to contact Cloudflare Support to check if your email has ended up in a suppression list on their side. They will be able to clear it from there. ?support

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email. Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.
