Login problem
Hello i have a big problem i cant log in into my acc since the new update the problem is i need a verfication code from pubg to send it to my number and i did try to send it 3-4 times every 24h and it wont coom im not able to login i have the same number all other links are mine i can prove it and everything the part that i dont understand is why the codes from other apps are cooming only not from pubg i really need to log in into my acc i spend really big money on it
Solution
If you are unable to receive the verification code, we recommend checking the following:
- Please ensure that the email address you entered is the same as the one you have linked with your game account.
- Please kindly check whether you have safelisted these 2 email accounts, "noreply@pubgmobile.com" and "service@pubgmobile.com".
- Please check whether the verification code is in your spam folder.
- Please avoid requesting a verification code too frequently. If you have already made multiple attempts to request a code, we recommend waiting a while (at least 24 hours) before trying again.
