Hi, when I try to open the game the window on the picture pops up and then crashes.

have you been trying different wines/protons etc? because that's denuvo thinking that every time you switch wines it's a new game installation, you have to wait 24hs and it will go away

I used wine first, than changed to proton and didnt work with either of them

that message will go away in 24hs, then you can try again and share a new log if it still doesn't work

To be clear this is the error the game's anti tamper system will give you when you have installed it too many times in quick succession. You can only wait for the time period before you can try again.
Its extremely important that you do not change wine versions or reinstall when setting up this game, otherwise you will reach the daily install limit and this timeout.
Iirc this game should work fine with proton-ge and umu
