Fisher installation

I'm doing a fresh install because my previous environment broke with a package upgrade, but I'm stuck trying to install a plugin with Fisher, I keep getting this error even if I change my $fisher_path. I hope someone can help me to resolve this. I have searched far and wide but haven't found anything about this.
