Good Welcome plugin for Paper 1.21.4?
I need a plugin where I can customize (formatting and text itself):
* Join/leave message + sounds
* Player-specific texts
* Should be able to have clickable links/actions
* Should be working with placeholder, or at least have some built-in ones (at the very least it should have "last seen" parameter)
