Seems like a previous install/update crashed midway through? If you're certain no installation is going on in the background (restart your PC if you want to make sure), you can delete /home/zakariya/.var/app/com.heroicgameslauncher.hgl/config/heroic/legendaryConfig/legendary/installed.json.lock (make sure you're deleting the file ending in .lock, not installed.json without the .lock)

I moved to the aur version and now it's stuck at 0%

Gonna need a new Legendary log to say anything for certain. The Heroic log you sent above does have one connection-related error in there (failing to fetch available Wine-GE versions), so perhaps you're on a spotty connection?

Yeah something's up with your connection. Legendary can't download anything from Epic's CDN

Hm, yeah, those would've been my suggestions as well Perhaps try with a mobile (tethering) connection? Or a VPN?
