I know because the person entered my Apple account, erased my phone and information, and sent a claim email with my phone, but it wasn't me. If they don't want to give it back to me, at least block it so that the person who stole it can't use it. In three months, I can send a claim. I also made a recovery request and it was rejected. How can they reject it with all the information I'm giving, money transactions put into the game?
