#VAOC cam not recognised

Good morning to everyone. I am into finishing to build my V-core 4 (300 version with IDEX) and I'm stuck on VAOC cam because windows do not recognize the cam.
When I connect her to my pc and ensure that everything is working prior to go ahead, the computer makes the usual sound of devices connected and disconnected (pretty fast, every 2 seconds) or no sounds at all if I change the USB port.
I checked everything 5 times, my doubt is about a faulty camera. Any suggestion? How to contact the official support?
