I forgot my Game UID and don't have access to the account
I forget my game UID and someone else is using my account by hacking. But my email is still linked in it. But Iam not receiving any login OTP. Other OTP from PUBG is receiving. I also have my old game name, uc purchase receipts.
Solution
You can submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
