Why can't i log in my main account

When i treid to log in it says i had to update my account and i trtied to, then i put main stuff into it then it says the same thing over and over so any devs or admins or owners or mods please dm what i can do cause i had alot of skins on there and spent over at least 300 dollars, if yall can reach out to me and dm ithat would be nice to help so please let m,e in my main account.🥹🥹😭😢🥹🥲
