Welcome to #support-forum. Before someone helps you, please first consult the information in #TML Troubleshooting Guide and try all the suggestions that might fit your particular issue, especially in the linked FAQ page. If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on tModLoader in the library, then hover over Manage and click on Browse local files. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-Logs and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the Old folder and drag them into this chat. There's no errors in your logs. You can try running the game in a lower resolution, running less mods, or using a smaller world size

I dont get it though, my gpu and cpu is running at ~30% and will not go higher most of the time even though its not at 60 fps And my friend (Who has a worse pc) runs tmod better than me I can provide more answers but i really want to get this working

Tml and Terraria are single threaded and cannot use more than one cpu core. If your friend is using the same mods and world, ask what his resolution is in game and if he is playing windowed and change your settings to match
