Can you build a wall around the Cannibals to stop them from trying to raid you?
If you disable construction damage and then build a defensive wall ring around the camp of the cannibals. Are they still gonna be able to get to you or leave the camp?

enemies will spawn outside of camps, esp during raids, so youd still get encounter. youd be better off reinforcing your own base (or wipe their camp as arcanum said 🙏)
whipe camp as in commit genocice or just destroy their buildings?
