Non-ringing artifacts - what is it?
I'm getting these weird vertical lines in my prints, both in X and Y. After doing a klipper ringing tower test, I can conclude that they have the same frequency as the machine's ringing effect, but they're still there even after applying resonance compensation.
The first pic attached has resonance compensation turned off, and the second has resonance compensation (MZV) turned on. Ringing gone, vertical lines still there, both in X and Y...
Does anyone have any idea?

Quick update on this old topic for those who come across it.
On the XY joiners, I changed the idlers that are in contact with the ribbed part of the belt with toothed idlers. Problem gone...
Nice fix
I think i have a similar issue

Seems like it indeed. In my case, the distance of the vertical lines resembled the 2GT ribbed distance.
I think I've seen more people replacing these specific idlers by toothed ones. The biggest issue is that it's hard to find good quality ones of the right dimensions.
Seems alot worse in x travels than y. Did you notice if your was the same?
Yep, the same!
I'm running Hybrid/Idex so I need to replace two idlers on Y as well, but it is much less pronounced there anyway.
Mine is just a stock 3.1
Plan is to upgrade all soon.
