My acc has been locked for no reason
They just locked my acc since 20/3/2025 by PMID but what wrong with my payment or my acc???

they said the system detects that you are using the banned hardware to login your account but my pc didnt get ban or something else so can i recovery my ID or not?

If this other account doesnt end up getting banned, reply to support saying that you can play the game on another account. That said, your hardware has not been banned and so you will have a minimum hope of your account being unbanned
