I submitted a ticket here before about a problem with logging in that is strictly from the game’s end not mine, I was “answered” that I should submit a recovery request from the form link, because the game’s issue is not letting me submit it from in game because it tells me to use my regular device to do so although this IS my regular device. I did as told and submitted the form with a lot of details and everything they asked for and waited for days but now it says I have to use the in-game tool, which I already said I can’t use because of the problem
