Refund ban !! Please help with this information #ban
Hi , I just got banned for a refund . If I add the uc back , will I get access to my account now or after the ban it will finish ? And if I will get access now , do I have to conectat anyone ? And if I have , where do I do it ? As on the game it doesn’t give me the option to contact anyone , just the AI robot

The only way to end the ban sooner is by purchasing back the UC. Feel free to reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com for further assistance regarding this.
