Random worker wall-time sometimes spikes

We're using CF workers as a CDN with cache for our other api.

The setup is:
1.x-cdn.domain.com = CF worker with cacheEverything:true and cacheTtl: 900
  1. x.domain.com runs on Google Cloud run. We're not seeing any issues on this service
Most of the time do we serve data within 500ms but sometimes it randomly spikes up to 15 seconds which timesout other services.

Any idea?
