Blurry Textures 1.21.5

Hi, when playing in 1.21.5, I am getting blurry textures and mobs. Not having this issue in 1.21.1, or when the shader is off so I'm assuming its related to the shader? is it possible my computer is just having issues? Obviously its a very new version so I'm not expecting everything to be perfect right away but if I could get some help that would be great! Thanks
