i faced a radiant smurf who was openly boosting his teammates, i want to report this issue and hopefully get a RR refund

i dont think thats technically against TOS, but i could be wrong
cant get rr refund for smurfs
only hackers atm
boosting is against ToS
you wont get your rr back for that, if none of the players were cheating
i reported the discord they sent to riot, may or may not be deleted soon
