Bazzite custom image can't install copr due to conflicts

Is there a way to override a package when trying to build a custom image of bazzite? Currently i have the same issue as layer hyprpanel into bazzite and was recommended to create a custom image
Yet im encountering the same issue as layering where astal-io conflicts and exists
