Timezone/Datetime metadata askew for external libraries
Hello, I have configured Immich v1.130.3 on my home PC (windows) that is attached to two external libraries (Screenshots, and ALL PHOTOS (imported using immich-go)).
I've noticed that my external library photos lack timezone information, thus is ahead of their time taken by 4 hours (I'm at America/Toronto timezone). I've already configured the timezone in my .env file. For any photos that I backup using my phone on the Immich app, it works perfectly fine. Is there a way to fix this? I can't find much documentation regarding external library time zone information.
The photo attached shows the time taken as 11:34 PM when in reality it was 7:34 PM at the time the screenshot was taken (as shown on the taskbar).
Any help is greatly appreciated

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).

Immich infer timezone from the file to set the correct offset. Screenshot usually doesn’t have the timezone information, so UTC time is used instead
