game didn't load and got queue dodge offense warning?

my game showed icebox while queueing into a comp match and then i heard the sound effect that sent me back to the lobby, then said "match found" just as it showed the countdown at 1, then showed icebox again and didn't load for what i assume would be the whole agent picking period, then proceeds to send me back to the gamemode selection screen and gives me a queue dodge offense warning
