Random packet loss spikes

I dont know why but its only this game that this happens. Like fairly often (more then once a round) i will just spike in packet loss and will teleport randomly. It so annoying. It will also unscope me or if im holding onto a sova dart it will shoot it. IDK what to do someone pls help. Its not my laptop because its only this game and much harder games to run are perfectly fine
