Wrongfully Banned – Need Help
Hey everyone,
I need help regarding a permanent ban on my Valorant account. On March 26, 2025, my account was banned for alleged use of third-party software. However, I have never used cheats, macros or any software that could interfere with the game.
I contacted Riot Support multiple times, and after receiving only automated responses, I finally got a human response. Unfortunately, they simply referred to a previous ticket and stated that their decision was final without providing any further clarification. The weird Thing on it was that my Accountname was written completely different to how it actually is.
I have tried reaching out to community moderators I found on Reddit but have not received a response. At this point, I am looking for any possible way to get help to review my case and get a fair manual review.
Has anyone here successfully gotten a wrongful ban overturned? Is there any way to get in touch with someone who can actually re-evaluate the case instead of just closing my tickets?
