My account has an internal link via email and phone number, and I can extract codes from both, but I do not find a button or option to change or unlink the phone number. What do I?

It is not possible to unlink an email or phone number, but you can change it.
You can change a linked email or phone number after you meet all the following requirements:
- This device has logged in (15/15) days in the past month.
- The email address/phone number has been linked for 7 days.
- Current email/phone number verification
- The device has passed the security check.
For the third requirement, you'll be able to verify your current email after you meet the first requirement.
