False ban for black-cat-red-eye/42

I dont know how i got banned but the duration is permanent i never exploited i never been toxic i never did anything.I am really mad about this beacause i didint do anything wrong.And i cannot make an appeal beacause it got denied the first time.How do i get unbanned?Please help.
