Wrong primary screen
So, for whatever reason and so far only on bazzite, I have this interesting bug. When I set one of my monitors as a primary monitor, that monitor acts like the primary one, but the bottom panel switches to my second non-primary screen.
Solution
okay, so apparently, you can just place the panel on the display you want. i was just not "smart" enough to use the set position settings in edit mode lol
