Cannot open Gnome Extension Manager or certain Gnome apps after 3/31 update
Not sure, but I noticed this after the last Bazzite update, I also enabled one other extension "dash to panel" before updating, so it could be related to either I suppose.
I've disabled the "dash to panel" and still am having the same issue. Here are the gnome-shell logs. I'm not really sure how to proceed with troubleshooting.

Solution
Launched Flatseal with the following command:
Then added an environment variable "GSK_RENDERER=ngl" to the "All Applications" entry in the top of the list
flatpak run --env=GSK_RENDERER=ngl com.github.tchx84.FlatsealThen added an environment variable "GSK_RENDERER=ngl" to the "All Applications" entry in the top of the list
