insanely high ping

my game crashed mid comp game and i came back with 250 ping consistent on london when its usually 16, i restarted pc and game but nothing changed and i swapped to another account and my ping is still bad around 65 on london but i have lower ping on servers like stockholm which is usually higher than london (and bahrain is 150 ping lower than london on the first account)
